Friendly staff, organized stock, great pay

Long hours, work Sundays, need more employees

Great discount, Lots of information about new products and you get to interact with animals! Literally they will hire ANYONE they don't do background checks at all!

This company is only out for itself, I ended up getting fired because I gave my employee discount to someone who couldn't afford something, I was working in a not so nice part of town. My discount only took a $1 off of the inital price, they considered that stealing. Even though I recorded all of the inventory at that specific location and the amount of merchandise that was actually being stolen exceeded $2.000+ easily and that was only documenting one month. Not to mention every time I attempted to stop a shoplifter Successfully when I was on shift, I would get punished. The Eugene location specifically is horrible so much theft and fentanyl people using drugs all around the store, that you have to clean up! dirty needles and even human FECES, come to find out after having to clean it up for the third time that my boss wouldn't even do it why should I be expected to, because that was our job. Nothing is ever good enough there. Toxic employees and sketchy management! I'm glad I was fired and eventually getting a good job thus realizing how Toxic this place actually is. Last thing from all the free food that employees get, my dog got Fat from all the free things employees got! not really a con but I'm being petty and i needed that cherry on top!
