Substitute - Substitute Teacher Mini University Employee Review

Full time teachers are paid next to nothing for the work they require. Overworked employees. Weekly team meetings that cause more problems than they solve. I was a substitute teacher and they had me working a consistent schedule that I was unable to maintain. I was constantly scheduled to work 3 hours after my class if the day. ( I attended the college nextdoor). When I took the job that assured me that my classes came first and that I would work when I wanted. That was not the case at all.
