Flexible, great people, caring environment, easy work, good pay, good benefits, PTO, breaks, paid holidays, easy going management, fun customers and a whole Lotta board games!

Cons

It gets hot in the warehouse....? I'm sure there's something else.

Pros

Everyone’s a push over so it’s easy to talk to them

Cons

There isn’t enough time in a year, but let’s just start by saying they never shut down the website during a very big move and when we were officially moved into the new facility we were about 250,000-650,000 orders behind, so management not being responsible They’ve hired a known P3do They will let you go before you finish a full shift You have the opportunity to leave early but you won’t get paid for the full day

No one should feel that way at work, and I sincerely appreciate you bringing your perspective forward. For context, the move you mentioned took place 3.5 years ago. The company was acquired two years ago, and since then we’ve been working step by step to rebuild processes, strengthen communication, and create a healthier, more supportive environment for everyone. It’s true that the move created operational challenges at the time, including a backlog. Although I wasn’t here for that transition, I know it must have been incredibly stressful for the team involved. From what we’ve been able to review, the backlog was closer to 5,000–20,000 orders, but regardless of the number, the impact on employees is what matters most. Your feedback is a valuable reminder of why continuous improvement is so important.
