      Pros

      Amazing group of staff and administrative staff -work one on one with students -feel like your making a difference in the lives of students -communication between teachers and yourself are great -amazing communication between tutors and supervisor.

      Cons

      -Saturday monthly training can feel repetitive -pay can be a little higher.

      Pros

      Very flexible with school and pays above minimum wage. Great for future teachers, for this career, it is a real door-opener.

      Cons

      Asks for a lot of work as if you were a teacher.
