      Pros

      Rapid decision and action. Employees are generally kind and helpful. Had good taste in research, made some good choices in history (but not anymore)

      Cons

      toxic leadership, no wlb, action is always urgent and had no time to think it through. Only cares about results instead of procesures.

      the company is working on something really fun in the industry.

      Cons

      however there is no wlb at all if you are an engineer. most of the time you will be in the office for six days.
