The work-life balance is the best part

lol. In comparison, other companies look better?

Cons

I’m back — and so is the pattern. I posted here before after noticing Ministry Brands was inflating their scores with clusters of identical, vague 5-star reviews. I called it out. Those reviews disappeared. Now the same thing is happening again — the rating has jumped a full point, from 2.8 to 3.8, on the back of generic posts with zero specifics and ‘no cons.’ One former employee even documented that leadership explicitly encouraged staff to flood the page with positives to bury the negatives. I also have a personal story here. I raised a legitimate concern internally, was fired shortly after, and found out later that an internal investigation was launched into that exact issue — resulting in clawbacks and terminations. I reached out to HR to ask whether any of this had ever been acknowledged. Never heard back. Turns out I was right, but this company just didn’t care about the individual. Two things are true about this company: they silence people who speak up, and they manipulate the platform designed to expose that. If you’re considering joining: skip the 5-star reviews. Read the 2s and 3s. Leadership instability, PE pressure, silenced concerns — that story has been consistent here for years. And if you raised something and got burned for it — you’re not alone, and you probably weren’t wrong.

I'm sorry that this has been your experience. Reach out to me directly and help me to understand the situation. Difficult to move forward and make a difference without the detail and sentiment that will come from talking about it. My email: Jason.Hall@ministrybrands.com. Take care.
