Hot mess! - Insurance Tracking Representative Miniter Group Employee Review

Senior managers have no idea what's really going on. The work is very repetitive, the pay is super low! Inbound & outbound calls & processing has poor quality. They say they have an excellent quality program in place but their customers should really take a closer look....Constant influx of new staff.
