Pros
-A lot of the people that work there are fun and outgoing -Easy location to get to right off Exit 14 -Fast growing company -Always work to be done which makes the day go faster -Free snacks -Cool office space -Decent amount of time off allotted
Cons
-Pay is very low -Training program is only in Tracking -Senior Managers and Managers do not seem to really care about their employees well-being or try to promote their employees -It is obvious that favorites are promoted or paid more -Communication is absolutely just not there at all and no one seems to be on the same page -The wrong people are put into important positions, it's just a mess -No real flexibility with work from home or different hours
