Over priced, bad management - Sales Associate Minky Couture Employee Review

For most of the year the job is very low-key as it is typically only busy during Christmas time. We get a discount and opportunities to earn credits to buy products and are gifted blankets on occasion.

Does not pay enough to be able to support yourself as a sales associate unless you are working most of the week.

-Good atmosphere -Lots of good incentives and product giveaways for employees -Flexible schedule

-Hard to grow within the company. -Upper management isn't always the most professional/ competent. -They're really stingy with hours and raises which makes it hard to rely on this job sometimes.
