      -Small business feel, able to contribute in a bigger way, -Good benefits, especially with PTO starting at 15 days + paid holidays and generous increase in PTO over time. -Good health insurance and options, Employer currently covers a significant portion of the monthly premium. Employer currently contributes to employee's Health Savings Plan when employee selects high deductible plan option.

      -great team to work with

      Cons

      -two faced management and HR -rules are never set in stone always changing to fit the narrative of what HR wants - if you have young kids prepare to have back up for if they are sick or not able to be at daycare/school. They don’t care, and if you don’t have earned safe and sick time they will write you up and fire you.
