Run, if you can’t stand 2 faced management - Medical Assistant Minnesota Urology Employee Review

Management is incredibly 2 faced towards clinical staff, with favoritism running how they operate.. Their HR dept. will never back up an employee that is not in a management role. Be prepared to fight, and the head of HR was a lawyer so she thinks she will always win, and can NEVER take responsibility. Clinical staff are run so thin and ragged, trying to cover the busiest providers clinic, (apts every 10 mins, with procedures back to back) alone! Then when asking for help, you will be demoralized and get talked to by management.
