predatory-owner is a massive bully who attempts to pit employees against one another unprofessional-this company runs as if it's in year 1, and refuses to look at industry standards understaffed-each member is expected to complete multiple job descriptions without any support, in a strange system that does not follow industry standards underpaid-compensation is 20 years outdated, and beware if you are freelance
