      Pros

      I can't think of any pros to working here. You're better off looking somewhere else.

      Cons

      Employees aren't given adequate training, management fails to properly communicate, workloads are often overwhelming, incredibly-fast paced and stressful. Not a place I'd recommend anyone to work at.

      Small team and small company, things can be done quickly

      Cons

      Lack of planning, organization and investment in employees. Small company, but a lot of hierarchies that don’t have any added values. Lack of respect for life outside the company
