Agency surrounded itself around African-centered principles which was uplifting if only the staff practiced what they preached. If your heart is in it for the right reasons you will gain amazing expierence helping the community.
Cons
Nepotism really holds this company back. There are certain employees with many complaints that will never be fired due to who they know and staff is told that is just how things are. Fee for service pay which makes it difficult to make a living without dedicating your entire life to the "grind" as I was told...
