      The coworkers are friendly and the team have a strong partnership. They support us a lot every time we need some help. Its challenging but not in an abusive way. We feel great at the end of the day

      Could pay better. Could also have better extra benefits.

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
