Where to start! They bring in managers and consultants who either do what they're told just to please or speak utter rubbish which gets everybody's backs up. People give their all and when you're in their good books they're all over you but once they decide they don't like you then be prepared. Crazily long hours, no thanks, no acknowledgement and being told you're not capable despite having been there for over 5 years just because your face no longer fits. Being pulled up about a spelling error on an email when internal company emails go out with spelling errors, wrong words and grammatical mistakes and the a member of the board can't use a capital I to save their life! Investors in People Platinum - what a joke!
