Pros
Recruiter and HR was great to work with during the interview and onboarding process. Its really a white glove treatment through the process, well coordinated and organized. I went through 5 interviews to get the position and completely worth it!
Cons
As stressful as the hiring process can be, its hard to think how it could have been managed better by the Mint team. They were on point, no cons that I can think of.
