A worst Company - Anonymous employee Mintifi Employee Review

I am waisted my 1 and half year working with this Company. Working with start up company is an horrible experience of life. At the time of joining, I have hired here for the post of an accountant's and than within a month only Directors want me to do there Personal work besides he was insisting me do there personal work along with that Admin task whereas I haven,t hired here for such a task. Some of the senior management staff are there friends and relative's and specially references. If anybody utter a single word against them they need to loose there job else get and harrasive and bad treatments. From last one half half year I was doing a donkey work inspite telling them so many times,that we can't work like this no body has taken any action. But they do have time to take the action when somebody notices them about the wrong things and the bad behavior done by there references and there friends and relative's whom they have hired. They just simply expelled that employee from the organisation. Specially they have hired a person who has that audacity to say directly the wrong comments on all the female staff of the company. We have wrongly driven to the way that they have terminate that employee, wherein they have hired him as a clustor head for other branch. It directly means that they don't care and they don't do any any respect of the female staff of the organisation. That guy has simply said in an abusive manner for all the ladies staff of the organisation and many of them doesn't even know what he has said about them. When I have notices that and pointed out all the things to the directors they have started bad behavior with me saying he is doing a good business for the company and I am not doing anything. After a month they have hired a new accounts team and without my knowledge in small meeting they have transferred me into Admin department saying I have not meant for accountant's team. After 12 Years of experience in accounts how can somebody join the Admin they and the same thing I have notices them on a mail but they have told me that things are not going the way it should needs to go that's why they have taken these decisions. I have again replied to them saying that there are so many other things which are not in the way they actually wants to be but they haven,t take any action on that than why sudden actions are taken on me. If this is the way company will work nobody will grow. And I have resign from my post showing all the actions needs to taken by them As usual I have received a reply from two three days that your resignation has been accepted. Working as an first employee in finance department, dealing with the bad and worst behaviour of the senior management (Relatives and friends) who have hired here I have received this. For a single mail I used to received a reply after followups for almost 2 ,3 days and management are expecting to revert back to them on a war notice. On a notice period I was dealing with some personal problem for which I am put it them on a mail for which I haven ,t received any reply from them, also I haven asked for to waived off my notice period for the said days too because due these problems I can't join the offices for few more days in the notice period. On that also I haven t received any reply and suddenly they have dropped a mail of Termination from there side saying I would,t get any relieving letter and experience letter from company. Sometimes I don't understand what kind of policies are they using but they are framing so many policies. Sometimes needs to attend directors personal call also specially from there home (wife) saying why sir is not the picking up the call. There are only one thing is remaining for the employees to clean the washroom in case of Housekeeping guys are absent.
