Highly professional and driven work environment, very receptive and responsible HR, and all the equipment and resources that one would need to fulfill any requirement at any time. Seniors are highly capable and willing to help out the new joiners in getting to know the ropes.
Cons
The working hours can be somewhat uncomfortable for those not used to night shifts.
