Difficult to increase your salary once you are hired on. This is recognized by superiors and yet nothing is done to correct this. People are not allowed to check their mobile phones (not even writing texts) unless they're on the lunch break. If you want to use the restroom, you must ask for permission and they will take note of how long you were away from your desk. It is very difficult to be promoted, even if you are their best performer.
