Good place for a first job - Data Management Mira Geoscience Employee Review

Mira Geoscience has a very relaxing environment, people never have to work overtime, you work at your own pace. No micromanagement. And people are very nice. they pay for your metro pass.

I find that is a company more focused for people that have a family with kids. They let you take time to go to the doctor and all those appointments. Not that this is something bad, but if you are young and you want to meet people, this is clearly not the company for that. Very old people work here, old mentalities, hard to change their minds to be open to new technologies. It's a geoscientists company not a software company, which for some programmers is not very appealing.

- Usual benefits, 3 weeks vacation, personal days and paid holiday time during Christmas. - Very good life-work balance. - Metro/Train pass paid 100% - Most of the people are very nice.

- They company has changed a lot during the last year, now there are Software managers that don't know what they're doing. - Some individuals have created a bad environment on IT and they are protected by the managers.
