      Friendly, open and transparent environment. I always feel supported, and even when things aren't going great, it's acknowledged and addressed. Always pushing for new technologies

      Sometimes internal communication is delayed. It can feel stiff because of various rules

      No one is looking over your shoulder No micromanagement

      Cons

      No one gives a sh*t about you in the company No exit interview, everything is done in 20 minutes when you leave the company They don't care if you are happy in the company You can be benched for 3-4 months Good luck, you can get fired without notice, that happened to a colleague who was on bench 3 months
