i have been working in the organisation for the last 5 years and have seen lot of changes happening in the organisation in terms of new ventures and opportunities for the employees to grow themselves as a better professional in life . Here are pros for the organisation: 1. competetive environment 2. rewarding career 3. understanding management team 4. learning with every opportunity i was just going through one of reviews where the person have mentioned our ceo doesnt treat his employees in right way well let me tell you guys if that was the case then i would not been given so much of learning and opportunities to learn and lead the whole division in the organisation in such a short span of time so as far i know he gives equal respect to all his employees in the organisation.

Well there are very little in terms of cons but one of the areas as organisation need to improve : Lack of recreational activities Employees engagement Employee training for skill development
