      Pros

      A dynamic company, fast-moving and you always have something exciting to work on. You have the ability to try new things to grow your skills and grow with the company. I've been here for >3 years and would recommend it as a great place to work.

      Cons

      Nothing major, the perfect company doesn't exist. If you are someone that prefers a more corporate and slower-paced environment where you're not challenged on a daily basis (which is not a bad thing), it might not be the right place for you.
