Everyone for themselves - Various Duties Mirapath Employee Review

There's a surprising amount of "bro" culture here for a woman lead company, especially on the sales floor. High turnover rate for a company this size, because of little flexibility and low pay. No lunches (weekend team building exercises do not count) and must show face time. Sick days are rolled into vacation days, which are very few to begin with. Culture is a bit selfish and overly competitive, majority of people won't go out of their way to help you. They hire inexperienced people and give little guidance/mentoring. CEO would also complain about ex-employees in meetings and be very defensive about why they left (wtf?)
