Pros
Miro does an incredible job of making sure everyone is included and welcome. There is a huge emphasis on culture which is vital, particularly in a remote world. It is a flat organization with leadership taking a vested interest in each employee's success. The product is also amazing and the customers absolutely love it. It is refreshing to have customers actually excited to talk to sales people because they love the experience they are having with the product. Miro feels like one of those special once in a lifetime opportunities! Let's make it count.
Cons
There will always be growing pains with a smaller startup, and some of those are definitely felt. However, leadership does a great job listening and addressing problems as they come up. The space is getting a bit crowded, need to keep differentiating. There have been a couple hiccups with such a global company and communicating across many different time zones.
