      Pros

      Company is financially stable. Salary is NEVER DELAYED.

      Cons

      Politics! No promotion and no growth for employees. Increment is given only to those close to the "specific manager" who usually pulls the strings. Cheapskate Company! Poor benefits and management, ridiculous company policy. Focuses only on company's growth, neglects to take care of employees. Has no system and any mistake has to be blamed on someone to apply salary deduction.

      Salary on time, Annual Ticket, Full Annual Leave Pay, Bonus if you are lucky

      No work ethics! They will cheat on every opportunities available for them.
