There weren't a lot of cons. A lot of what I experienced as a con, I learned as I was leaving was only because of a lack of communication, which was a learning moment for me.

•At least *most* employees here have a theatre degree to support the company's theatre curriculum. •Great place for people of color who grew up in low income, low resource communties who wish to be a trusted adult for youth of same backgrounds.

•Horrible pay, zero employer health insurance, and a measly HRA. •Unprofessional, overemotional management. •Claims to promote equal opportunities for all children, but will threaten or silence you if you make make a statement against the genocide of Palestinian children due to the ED's Israeli nationality. •Use black and brown youth's traumatic stories to put the organization on a pedestal.
