Pros
Mirrorball values creative output for their clients over hitting required KPI's. This may sound like a death sentence for an agency. BUT! They tend to attack sideways, in turn generating the KPI's whilst creating campaigns the client did not see coming. By putting creative first they've developed a niche for high output done in a unique and different way. I was surprised at the level of engagement from the brand side. These were companies that knew they needed to take a little risk but, as with most brands, did not initially feel comfortable. Once they were on board with the Mirrorball culture then went along for the ride. My work mates were top-notch. Everyone pulled weight and the success was shared all around.
Cons
Mirrorball is unique - and this means that you need to be a cultural fit. There are plenty of people who may be turned off to the left-field thinking and the sometimes over-the-top aesthetics. You need to be the right kind of person to work there. You need to culturally fit. If not, it may be a difficult.
