Good work life balance, overshadowed by toxic culture - Information Technology Mishcon de Reya Employee Review

The culture has become very toxic and all management needs to go. They are making people below them go, instead of the managers that are actually responsible for several years of poor decision makings. Management doesn't take accountability but the staff below them get the axe. Mishcon is a sinking ship as sad it is to say this. They've made a huge number of staff redundant very strategically due to a new operating model brought on by the new CIO and moving things over to India.
