Pros
Supportive and insanely intelligent team here - this was my first job out of college and I grew and learned leaps and bounds, thanks to the support I got from my team and the entire organization. Everyone is willing to help, be open and honest, and do the hard work!
Cons
Since MC is an NPO, you run into the everyone doing everything, picking up slack type of work environment. However, it never felt as though I was asked to pick up slack where no one else would - everyone helps everyone!
