Leadership supports the growth of team with professional development program that show potential, dedication, and loyalty. My co-workers who displayed the potential to grow and lead are supported greatly. Those who could not meet their targets and goals left the organization which moves quickly, smartly, and fast. If you can not keep up in this work place than there is pressure from your team to perform. There have been members of the staff that have been here anywhere from 6-18 years.
Cons
Marketing of the work that we are conducting to support science and technology needs to be amplified. The organization works with NASA, major health care providers, and others who make significant contributions to our everyday lives. Some members of management can be tough and too understanding. This sometimes sends mixed messages.
