Pros
Mission health is committed to being a great place to work. I have heard this before and was very skeptical but they truly walk the walk. People at Mission are a community and they go out of there way to make you feel a part of a team while challenging one another to do their best in all areas of their lives.
Cons
Being a large organization does have some downfalls. You can get lost in the shuffle and at time it can appear very unorganized but if you ask most everyone is more than happy to help or direct you in the direction you need to go.
