Pros
My team's manager and many of the mid-level managers are great people who will go out of their way to help you. Perhaps one of the best places to start your IT career due to a large amount of systems in use and the opportunity to continue into the advanced teams.
Cons
Currently being integrated to be part of a larger organization that has a different vision. Not bad in itself, but everything is changing at a rapid pace and will likely continue to do so for several years. This has lead to sloppy organization and training but also presents more opportunities for advancement do to the larger company having offices all over the country.
