The Leona Group is good, not great.

The work culture is amazing. Everyone is truly trying to help each other succeed. Work-place drama is non-existent at this school.

If the work isn’t your entire life, you will drown. There is no work-life balance. You will need to work long hours outside of your paid time to keep up with the school’s expectations.
