Management has zero clue about what actually goes into the job, micromanages by calling personal cell phones demanding staff be on certain holes at certain times when you are mid round, overschedules carts so no money is made and won’t cut even if there are zero golfers. Poorly run but they get what they pay for, turn over is high for a reason, the company also takes a large portion of auto grats, calls you on your time off to ask work questions that can and should wait!
