The hourly rate starting is already greater than most part or full time hospitality jobs. The staff and working environment are nurturing and incredibly 'easy-going'. The benefits and incentives offered by the company for staff are also incredible.

All the regular cons of working in hospitality except slightly better in almost all categories so you can't complain at all.

Pay is good and being able to earn 30% of salary as bonus is great.

Central marketing team had little to no structure when it came to things like progression. Team was often overworked and there was very little praise or recognition coming from exec team, it was normal to be called outside of work hours and judgement if you weren't willing to answer. The word "family" was thrown around a lot in the business but there was little to no actual schemes or benefits that would actually positively effect mental health.
