Leadership is lacking - Vice President Mission Valley Bank Employee Review

I have been at MVB now for 3 years, and I can sincerely say that it’s a wonderful place to work. Our CEO truly cares for our employees and takes time to get to know each and everyone of us! There is not only so much understanding, but also a great sense of community. The culture is great and family oriented.

None that comes to mind!

CEO is nice. Pretty office in Burbank

The worst company I have ever worked for. Inadequate training, poor management, and false sense of “support” from HR. I mean this from the bottom of my heart, DO NOT WORK IN MARKETING HERE—unless, that is, you want to be bullied, intimidated, and talked down to. This was the most abusive professional relationship I’ve ever experienced. I have never been treated so condescendingly. I was reprimanded for doing EXACTLY what I was told to do. When I reached out to HR, I was fired. Also, look at their social media— it’s so embarrassing. I was told my content ideas weren’t “on-brand” yet my boss okayed content about trees and random bodily functions.
