Pros

As a current employee at Mission Wealth, I can confidently say that this company is an amazing place to work. From the very first day, I felt welcomed and supported by an incredibly talented and kind team. The leadership at Mission Wealth is truly exceptional—they not only encourage personal and professional growth but also prioritize the well-being and work-life balance of their employees. The culture here is one of collaboration, respect, and constant learning. The team is passionate and dynamic, which is inspiring to work alongside such dedicated professionals. Mission Wealth fosters an environment where innovation is encouraged, and employees are empowered to share their ideas and contribute to the company’s success. Another standout aspect is the company’s commitment to helping employees develop. There are continuous opportunities for training and growth, and I truly feel like my career is progressing in a meaningful way here. The management team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely cares about your development and success. Mission Wealth also offers competitive compensation and benefits, which shows how much they value their employees. The company’s flexible work arrangements make it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Mission Wealth has exceeded my expectations in every way!

Pros

Depending on the team/region, you could have the opportunity for fast growth driven from custodial referral programs. Fairly high level of collaboration between colleagues.

Cons

Senior management lacks experience to grow and scale even as they take on outside investors. As someone else mentioned, lots of favoritism in terms of growth opportunities and promotions instead of basing it on merit. Almost all organic growth is built on custodial referral partners
