Could pay more money and have more staff

Very experienced coworkers willing to help teach and have a structured orientation period and well-staffed on the unit I worked. New grad pay was competitive.

It's a hospital. Occasionally would run out of necessary supplies, increasing responsibility for staff, etc. All the common cons of bedside. Also, not able to self-schedule (con in my opinion but not everyone cares about that)
