      They are great to work for. With all the vacation, holidays and sick leave really allows you to have a great work life balance.

      The daily duties of the job seem real repetitive.

      Pros

      I worked there for 1.5 and had to leave for family reasons. It is a great place to work with good people, excellent benefits and competitive salaries. Their Investment team is outstanding and I would definitely recommend it as a great place to work.

      Cons

      Jefferson City, MO is a small town and if you don't like it, it would be hard to adjust to life there.
