Pros
The people on the ground are helpful and supportive..they’re the ones keeping things going despite the poor structure.
Cons
The company has serious leadership issues. Some departments often get involved in matters outside their scope, creating confusion and tension instead of helping. There’s a lack of understanding about the actual work others do, but that doesn’t stop them from offering unnecessary input, which only slows everyone down. Top management tends to support whoever speaks the loudest instead of those who know the work best. Decisions are constantly changing, and when things fall apart, employees are expected to clean up the mess under tight, unrealistic deadlines. When you try to explain the situation, it’s seen as being difficult rather than constructive. And if you don’t follow blindly, you’re unlikely to see any support, recognition, or growth.
