Office in a good position.

I have seen several people contracted for positions that have not been respected and sometimes fired after a few weeks. The company is still in a strongly start-up mood and the management of Barcelona is quite confused. Very difficult if not impossible to advance in the company, given that the positions are not assigned according to meritocracy, but prevalent on the basis of the usual "friendships". For the same reason there are employees who seem inexplicably exempt from working.
