I was horrified to see this piece of feedback as at Mitchell Adam we believe the engagement and wellbeing of our employees is of paramount importance to us and our continued success. I fully endorse the Glassdoor platform and have always encouraged feedback (good or bad) from anyone who interacts with our business. In fact one of the main reasons we have been such a success is that we have always listened to the needs and wants of our employees and worked hard to try to ensure their employment with Mitchell Adam is fulfilling and positive. Unfortunately however we cannot always please everyone and sometimes no matter how much support and guidance you offer it will never be enough. I am disappointed the person in question has felt the need to write some wholly inaccurate and quite frankly inflammatory comments about our business and team. Our Consultants experience a positive working environment, unrivalled training/support and very financially rewarding packages. Of the employees that have passed through our business over the years I can honestly say there is no one who I feel would have any reason to look upon their time with us in anything but a positive light, in fact some of my ex-employees are still good friends of mine and the business. Anyone who would like to question me on any of the above is welcome to, we are very proud of our business and all our employees. It will take more than a keyboard warrior to knock us off track.
