I did not get paid for the shifts I undertook beforing leaving, which for the role didnt require a notice period, when I asked to be paid they said because I quit so soon they put it as unpaid shadowing which was never agreed. Management sent my documentation to wrong address which I raised twice and still never received. They mark it as a flexible job but when they have you signed up you see it isn't a flexible zero-hour contract.
