Pros
What you get at Admitad is a very diverse team full of matured experts in their respective fields. Everybody is very welcoming and easy-going: being responsible for tech-interviews, I can assure you that we value these qualities when hire newcomers. Company is geographically spread across the globe: US, Europe, East - meaning you can benefit off international connections and meet people from different cultures. For instance, I have recently relocated to UAE so mark my words :-)
Cons
Work overloads are a real struggle. Especially during the end of financial quarter. I guess that depends on the team, but I can assume my situation is applicable to almost any team in Admitad. However, management addresses these issues and makes its best to decrease the stress. Anyways, we have extra dayoffs exactly for that case when it would be better to relax after a tough sprint. As for the salary and other benefits, I would say they definitely could be more generous, but I cannot say those are small: rather average.
