Pros

I have developed my skill

Cons

The job was not permanent, and employees could be terminated at any time based on the company's internal evaluation process. The working hours were very strict, from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and we were sometimes required to work overtime. The company conducted multiple technical interviews and performance evaluations, even after joining. Employees had to clear these evaluations to become permanent. If the management decided to terminate an employee, they first conducted a final technical interview. If the performance in that interview was not satisfactory, they informed the employee that they had not met the expected standards and proceeded with the termination. In my case, I completed the training program and worked sincerely. However, I was informed that my performance did not meet their expectations during the final evaluation, and my employment was terminated.

Pros

Nothing Positive about this company

Cons

I had a deeply disturbing experience with this organization. Not only is the work culture toxic, but certain individuals in management engaged in unethical behavior, including threats and intimidation tactics that could easily be described as professional blackmail. Employees are pressured to comply with unreasonable demands under fear of retaliation or job loss. Complaints are ignored, and HR is either complicit or powerless. The environment is driven by fear, not leadership. This place is not safe for honest professionals. Please do your research thoroughly before considering employment here.
