Pros
Good training system, high ethic and risk management, reliable, name value. You will learn a lot. Although it is hard to find career advancement internally, the work experience in this company and its name value will benefit you when you look for a new job.
Cons
Harassed by Japanese expats a couple of times. Salary is not competitive for local employees. Since employees stay long in the company and they respect seniority, it is hard to find a career advancement.
