Pros
Will Learn a lot of things. The infrastructure is very good . Salary and Facilities are even good. The company takes proper care of there employee.
Cons
No Cons the Company is very good. Recently they MCC has been take over by TCG Group people think they might be at loss , but let me clear you one thing they MCC is coming out of there PTA business that's why they sold there plant. The plant is in mint condition. No worries.
