Absolutely terrible senior leadership. Constantly changing structure at a whim. A lot of backstabbing. Racist towards Japanese parent company and anyone who works in the Australian office from Japan. Australian CEO who complains about his salary and the Japanese hierarchy, to anyone who will listen. Promotions done on ability to suck up. Redundancies selected on grudges. A toxic office culture. Senior leadership team perpetuates this horrible culture. Some have been there forever and really need to leave.
